Primary care and mental health services for patients of all ages and regardless of ability to pay. We provide care for chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and HIV testing, treatment, and prevention (PrEP/PEP), psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy (individual/family/group), medication treatment/management, and creative arts and talk therapy.

Outpatient and inpatient treatment and counseling for individuals struggling with chemical dependency or in need of relapse prevention support. Treatment for substance use disorders is integrated with other services including primary care, wellness, housing, and vocational.

We provide shelter for women and LGBTQ+ individuals with substance use disorders and mental illness. We also provide permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless adults in recovery from substance use disorders, serious mental illness, and persons living with HIV/AIDS.

We offer job placement and employment assistance. We also provide workshops for resumes and interviews and classes for basic education and job readiness.
