24 Hour Access Center
 

Individuals receive immediate assessment and connection to addiction treatment services. Access is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 800-850-9900 or walk in during these hours:

Housing and Vocational

Casa Esperanza (1 Building, 48 beds)
• Shelter for women with substance use disorders and mental illness; transgender care
Supportive Housing (6 Buildings, 198 Units)
• Permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless adults in recovery from substance use disorders, serious mental illness, and persons living with HIV/AIDS
Vocational Services
• Job placement and employment assistance
• Workshops for resumes and interviews; classes for basic education and job readiness


Substance Use Treatment

Outpatient and inpatient treatment for individuals struggling with chemical dependency or in need of relapse prevention support. Treatment for substance use disorders is integrated with other services including primary care, wellness, housing, and vocational.

• CARF-Accredited Opioid Treatment Clinic
• Ambulatory detoxification/withdrawal management
• Medication supported recovery
• Individual counseling and group therapy; bilingual group treatment
• Same-day intake

Inpatient/Residential Treatment
• Three elements of care: stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration
• Clinical services including medical exams, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, and education
• Serves all genders ages 18 and older


Primary Care

Primary care services for patients of all ages. Confidential services include:
• Care coordination
• Care for chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Hepatitis C testing and treatment
• HIV testing, treatment, and prevention (PrEP/PEP)
• Insurance enrollment
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Ophthalmology/Eye care
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatry
• School and sports physicals
• Screenings and immunizations
• Women’s health (GYN)

Mental Wellness Center 

Mental health services for children, adults, and families ages 5 and older. Services include: psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy (individual/family/group), medication treatment/management, and creative arts and talk therapy.

The Wellness Center is an Article 31 Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.
